The DIREKT Project Officially Launched

The institutional research project “Digital Technologies as a Catalyst for the Transformation of the Internal Audit Function in the Context of Sustainability and Ethical Conduct (DIREKT)” has been officially launched and presented to the public.

The formal opening and presentation of the project took place on Thursday, 22 January 2026, starting at 8:30 a.m., at the Library and Documentation Centre (LDC) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.

As part of the programme, the opening address was delivered by Professor Sanja Sever Mališ, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, followed by the presentation of the DIREKT project by Associate Professor Ivana Barišić, PhD, Project Leader.
